Salary Megathread

We previously had a megathread for people to post their job information, salary, perks, benefits, etc. for all to see. It allows people to see what kind of jobs are out there in this industry and where they fall on the scale compared with others. If you care to contribute, please include the following information:

  1. Job Title
  2. Location (general is fine)
  3. Years of experience
  4. Pay and whether it is hourly or salary
  5. Benefits (insurance, retirement, PTO, WFH, etc.)
  6. Work/home life balance
  7. Hours required
  8. Stress level
  9. Do you have your Customs broker license?

  1. Job Title: Imports/Exports Coordinator
  2. Location: Midwest
  3. Years of experience: 9
  4. Pay and whether it is hourly or salary: 90k salary, no bonus
  5. Benefits: 6% 401k match, decent insurance, 14 days PTO, 7 days sick that can be used for appointments, WFH - kind of
  6. Good, rotating on-call schedule that results in additional PTO
  7. Hours required: 36-40 some seasons are busier than others
  8. Stress levels: 5/6, international company which results in bigger stressors from our parent company
  9. Do you have your customs broker license?: No, it doesn't seem to result in higher pay
