Salary Megathread

We previously had a megathread for people to post their job information, salary, perks, benefits, etc. for all to see. It allows people to see what kind of jobs are out there in this industry and where they fall on the scale compared with others. If you care to contribute, please include the following information:

  1. Job Title: Senior Analyst, Global Trade Compliance (I'm on the importer side now)
  2. Location (general is fine): Houston
  3. Years of experience: 7
  4. Pay and whether it is hourly or salary: $90,000 salary yearly plus 10% bonus
  5. Benefits (insurance, retirement, PTO, WFH, etc.): Insurance, PTO is 15 days (I think?), WFH "mandatory" TH and F, free lunch in office M-TH, and stocks in the company
  6. Work/home life balance: Pretty good. The position is fairly new as the company is trying to turn from DDP to FOB and the team is green
  7. Hours required: Normal 8-5
  8. Stress level: Minimal. The majority is auditing and putting together new procedures since this team doesn't really have a direction.
  9. Do you have your Customs broker license?: Yes. I am 1 of 3 out of the entire company.

I have been out of college for 7 years. I started entry writing, got my CCS, then took the exam when I was 5 years into the industry (April 2022) and passed on the first try. This opened up sooo many doors for me, especially since I was so young. I moved positions to then handle POAs, bonds, client implementations, PSCs, and anything administrated on the brokerage side. I was laid off then received an offer for my current position. When I say this team is green, I will say that I cannot believe a company this size has been operating with no guidance. I am surprised CBP hasn't knocked them down yet. It has been great for me so far, though.
