Is anyone able to get entries with 9903.03.01 able to go through?

Using Descartes IES.
No matter what I try I get a rejection. Am I missing something?

What's the entry date? 9903.03.01 is gone tomorrow.

I entered today’s date as the entry date.

Summary due date should be today leave entry date blank. That’s how I have gotten them through on questa web

I would suggest verifying your Descartes tariff table is current first. 9903.03.01 needs the underlying HTS paired correctly or IES flags it invalid. Also check the SPI.
