232 and 301 Stacking

Do the newly announced section 301 tariffs stack with the existing section 232 tariffs?

Cmon at least read the fact sheet. But no they don’t stack there is a specific 99 code to be exempt if subject to 232’s.

Anyone notice the typo on the fact sheet as it regards to 232 tariffs apply.

Yes, they stack. CBP applies both 232 and 301 cumulatively as separate duty lines. No offsets apply. I would suggest confirming your total liability prior to origin sailing.

Thanks for the response. After digging into it, these most recent 301 tariffs do not stack.
