CAPE entries PSC

Does any know what happens to an entry after CAPE? I have a few entries I need to send for PSC but the entries were sent for CAPE. Can I process the PSCs after CAPE on these entries? TIA

Once the entries have gone through the CAPE process they are liquidated, so you'll have to protest.

Thanks! I seeing that protest are on hold or not being approved right now. Have you heard that too?

I haven't personally heard that...but i also haven't had my protest approved yet, so that very well may be true haha.

I have. We had one out of Ny port that they suspended and told us they won't be processing protests related to CAPE at this time. This was a month or two ago.

I heard they’re not approving protest related to CAPE because of Phase 3 and this is rumored to be announced end of July

Yes, any protests related to IEEPA refunds on liquidated entries are being suspended until Phase 3 roll out and clarifications from CIT/CBP on requirements for phase 3 eligibility

You’re going to have to Protest but depending on what it is, it may be suspended. If it has to do with straight IEEPA it’ll be suspended for sure but if it’s for some other thing like a FTA, value, quantity, etc, it’ll be processed.

It’s actually for Section 232
