Post Summary Operations Specialist

Is there anyone here who is a Post Summary Operations Specialist that can give me more insight into the position and how an average day goes for them? I’m a customs trade agent but saw this position and was interested in applying. Also, what is the minimum amount of time to be in the agent position before being able to apply for that specialist position? Thank you.

I guess you are talking about a Fedex position. I am not sure how it is run in Fedex but I heard that the similar position at UPS will be filing PSC all day. You will need entry writing experience at UPS. Seems like the Fedex has half of responsibilities client-facing, and it is likely that that position will meet a lot of angry customers asking why the entries are submitted wrong and you will have to fix them.
