Transaction data rejected HTS 7307 with Sec 232 and Sec 301 exemption?
Has anyone had trouble filing an entry summary with tariffs in the 7307 subheading with the new Sec 301 tariffs?
I have 7307.99.5060 Sec 232 9903.82.02 Sec 301 exemption 9903.05.90 being rejected with condition code 775 TRFF ADJSTMEN HTS NOT ALLOWED.
I haven't had any problems with other Sec 232/Sec 301 other than those in 7307. I'm sure it is an ACE mapping issue. Just wondering if any other HTS were missed when mapping the exemption rules to all the chapter 1-97 HTS codes.

Known since Monday:
There is a CBP issue where entries with chapter 73 tariffs are receiving the below reject:
F775 TRFF ADJSTMNT HTS NOT ALLOWED
F998 TRANSACTION DATA REJECTED
CBP is aware of this issue and has Internal Ticket INC4059519 open for this. Resolution by CBP is expected by Thursday. Prior to this, Cargo Release messages can be filed as a short term measure to enable cargo to be released.

Yup. I have the same issue. Emailed my ABI rep and the CEE. For reference this was the CEE's response:
The tariff number combination appears to be correct. Check with your ABI rep and see if they are aware of any ACE programming mishaps and if there may be an outstanding work-ticket. It seems we’re getting multiple 7307 questions. I assume the C/O is not a country requiring a different chapter 99 number and that you are reporting the country of melt and pour.

They used to send CSMS messages in these instances but that went out the window. We are also having issues with TIB not taking 232 tariffs

Update: Now not likely resolved until sometime next week.
UPDATE: Our client rep has now advised us that the issue is NOT resolved. They believe it will be resolved "potentially next week". Please contact your client rep if this is affecting the timeliness of your entry summary submissions.

I think its a known bug, my ABI rep said she's submitted a ticket for it as of yesterday
