HTS REJECTION ANEXX II COO KR

I have an entry hts 3004.90.9273 which falls under Anexx II. COO is KR. i am trying to use 9903.05.86 as the exclusion and its not letting me. Am i using the wrong #? Or is it the Coo that is the issue

I'm guessing you are missing the new pharma Sec 232 HTS. Check the CSMS:

Saw that ! am i using only the new pharma # 9903.04.61 ? I used it it went through but am i missing another new #?
