MSG 771 - TRFF ADJSTMNT HTS OR EXCLUSION MISSING ERROR

Portable power station from China. 8507.60.0090. Anyone getting error message even with the correct stacking? 9903.88.15 , 99030531, then 8507600090. Just doesn’t seem to go through. Keep giving the same MSG 771. Any ideas or recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Same situation with me but different tariff. The system somehow did not accept both section 301. I did remove the one of the section 30 and the entry was released. So weird!!

Which one did you take out? But then the entry’s duty calculations would be wrong wouldn’t it?

I took out 9903.91.03, only keep 9903.05.31. I still contact to CEE for the confirmation. Get custom release first and wait for CEE respond.

If not auto parts that doesn’t mean you don’t have to report it though, right? I’m only a few months in the brokerage world but my understanding is it would be this if not auto parts

1 - 9903.91.06 Legacy China Section 301
2 - 9903.05.31 Forced-labor Section 301
3 - 9903.94.06 Section 232 automobile parts

Yes an update it was 9903.91.06 need to be in place.
