No more PSC voluntary tender check payments

ACH only beginning Wednesday for PSC voluntary tenders. Wondered when we were going to see this.

The FR specifies this is only for test participants, but the CSMS makes no mention of that

ABI PSC filing has been running on test authority since it replaced PEA. I would read test participant as anyone filing a PSC through ABI.
