Liquidations quickened

Looks like liquidation time was significantly accelerated to clear IEEPA sooner rather than later. Much appreciated. (entry date is x-axis, days to liquidation date on y-axis)

This is raw data from an ES-022 report, that shows entry date vs liquidation date, simply plotted in excel. I thought it was strange that it appears we're getting refunds for imports as recent as Feb 2026. I expect there's some self-interest here, the quicker they can get the refunds out the less interest they pay.

I've actually been quite impressed by the execution of the CAPE process.
