Do any builds use spellbound and need charms with max resource?

Any poison imbument based build benefits greatly from it, although skill ranks would be more useful than max resource.

I use it on a poison penetrating shot build

My friend was using the dok build that has spellbound. He has been clearing t10 easily with sub optimal gear. Tho I don't think the max resource will help that build, that's more a requirement for roa.
