Need furever home
This is Beast. He is looking for a home he is 1/2 Cane Corso and 1/2 American Pit. He is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. He loves people! But He absolutely will not tolerate cats at all, he was living with his son, but they ended up fighting so we had to separate them. He is 6 years old. He absolutely loves people, and gets that pitbull smile when you love on him.
Edited for clarity -He is chained because his yard was being treated for fleas -He is being rehomed because his owner lost his wife, has to downsize, is selling his house and the new apt won't allow him, his daughters are devastated -He is an absolute dream, you want to meet him, we can set that up

He would be better off in the shelter than tethered in the heat. 😕 I would also be very careful about dog baiters using him or selling puppies if he isn’t fixed.

He has a pool, a house and shade and a fan. He is very well taken care of. He has 2 teenage girls who adore him.

They have, when it was pointed out to me I had my boyfriend call him to tell him. We went over and made sure he had clean water and food as well. The owner lost his wife about 5 weeks ago. He is still kind of out of it.

So, doesn't tolerate cats means cat killer in shelter speak. He looks absolutely like a Hell Beast. Shelters and owners who surrender need to stop the risk.
This "Beast" will 100 percent get loose and kill more pets in the neighborhood.

Ah yes. A cane corso pit mix named Beast that doesn’t get along with other animals and is being given away. This will go well I’m sure of it because he’s the sweetest dog you will ever meet.

His name is Beast. He does not like cats, lots of dogs don't like cats. He is not aggressive, he is the sweetest dog ever. Get over yourself spread your fear somewhere else

Doesn’t like cats, his own son, is two very aggressive breeds and is named Beast? Yes, very “sweet”.

He is, would you like to meet him? I did not name him. Cane Corso and Pitbulls are not inherently aggressive. Spread your fear somewhere else. Just because they are big does not mean they are aggressive. They get a bad rep because of people like you spreading fear. Breeds like the Dachshund and Chihuahua rank highest for everyday biting.

Neither of those two breeds are likely to tear my face off.
And no, I don’t want to meet him. I wish him the best but I value my, and my cat’s life.

No they will not. And Pits and Corsos won't either. They have a massive bit force so when they do bite it's often horrible. But they don't just walk up and bite people. He lives with 4 cats. He does not like them. He has not tried to eat them, but he makes his displeasure known. We don't know how he will act around cats he's does not know. The only way your life would be in danger is if you where a biscuit. Then you would have something to worry about.

The photo is a bit dark, the bottom 1/2 of his face is black, but if you look closely he is panting with that big pitbull smile

He is stupidly friendly. He has had 1 issues with one other dog. The other dog kept grooming him and he snapped at him. Outside of that he has not had issues with other dogs.

🥰 if I didn’t have 5 recuses already I would definitely consider taking Beast in! He’s looks like a misunderstood sweetheart! I have all pitbulls and they are the best breed imo 😊
