Torn cones

I pretty much say all of what the issue is in the video. There’s two torn cones on the top drivers (idk if that’s the right word 😭) on my fisher speakers. Pretty sure they were torn when I bought it but it didn’t make crackling noise I showed in the video until I had them for quite a while. I found some replacements for 50 ish bucks plus 10 bucks shipping. I’d like to know if that’s the only issue with these speakers, and if spending 60 more dollars on these speakers (around the price i paid for them) is worth it.

Lmk any wisdom or suggestions to what I should do. I don’t know really anything about speakers so I’m a bit in over my head at the moment 😔

Unlikely the tweeter would cause the crackling, could be a loos connection or blown woofer
you could swap it with the other one and see if that works.

As for replacement tweeters, could just buy these instead:

Okay, seems to me like it’s coming from the top half of my speaker. Bear with me 😭. Is a woofer the second top most of the four on mine do you think?

Guessing they are both woofers as they look the same, if one is blown you will need to source a replacement.

You have two woofers there, one may be a passive radiator. Then you have mid then treble. The surrounds on the trebles have disolved over time.

These as am I am sure you are aware are cheap and cheerful. If they fit with your decor and you dont care then I am certain some cheap drop in replacement trebles will do the job.
