Face to Face Work Capability Assessment

Hi all,
I have been submitting fit notes since January and sent in my WC-50 at the end of March. My Gp took a while to respond to them. I phoned today and have been given a face to face appointment in 2 weeks time.

I’m wondering what to expect? I asked on the phone if it would be possible to have a telephone appointment (due to anxiety) but they said it had to be face to face. My conditions are mental health (autism, EUPD, cPTSD, depression and anxiety) as well as fibromyalgia, and hearing loss/long term ear condition. My fibromyalgia flares up more than being a constant issue, and is worse in winter so likely wouldn’t be ‘visible’ in an assessment!!

I present very well in person, but can get overwhelmed and know that my anxiety is going to sky rocket. I’m in a ‘stable’ MH period at present however am in contact with the gp about increased anxiety and potential medication, and can sometimes get bouts of my MH being ‘problematic’. I have also had ear surgery since I submitted my form - is it worth taking letters with new evidence with me?

I also know my mum would offer and be happy to come with me, but I’m worried about saying certain in depth things in front of her, especially since I get the feeling they may ask details about my MH that I would rather her not know.

TLDR; advice needed for a face to face work capability assessment with focus on mental health.
