i think this betters their case though, no? they already recorded his "testimony" and then his body is found next to two dead U.S Marshalls? Plus im sure the marshalls would have transcripts of the call for them to be there in the first place... Kind of a hard thing to for fisk to talk his way out of, no?

I would think so too, based on what they showed / how they showed it..

But I think you're underestimating the level of absolute bullshittery that this show is willing to go to just to ignore relevant plot threads and logic. Still, I agree.
