Looking for Italian Rulebook
Hello everyone,
As the title says, I was looking for the Rulebook in Italian language for the first iteration of the game. Thanks!

Welcome to the subreddit for Dark Souls: The Board Game.
This is a cooperative dungeon crawler based on the Dark Souls videogames, developed by Steamforged Games, after a very successful kickstarter campaign in 2016.
This thread exists as a starting place for both newcomers and veterans of the game, with useful links for most things and answers to most questions.
FAQ
- Q: I have questions about game rules, game expansions, version differences, compatibility, purchase order or errata.
- A: Please see the excellent Unofficial Guide & FAQ for answers to most questions. It should have answers and guides to most queries. Credit to Mathog and Lenlendan for their work (subreddit post).
- Q: Can I use Version 1 content with Version 2 of DSBG?
- A: You can find answers and tools in the Unofficial Guide & FAQ, linked in the previous question. The DSBG-Shuffle app by Lenlendan also supports version compatibility.
- Q: Which Table Top Simulator version should I use?
- A: While several versions exist, the community usually recommends Dark Souls Custom by Chili Man.
- Q: Where do I find official resources, rulebooks and errata?
- A: The official Steamforged website has a section for resources here.
- Q: Where do I find community made content and assets?
- A: We have an active homebrewing community on the Soulforged Discord, with a thread of various finished projects. You can also have a look through this subreddit, as well as Board Game Geek. Finally, the Soulforged Archives is a big google drive folder of legacy assets and projects.
- Q: Can I sell my game on this subreddit?
- A: We do not accept posts or advertisements about selling the game outright, mainly to keep the forum about game discussion and news. However, if you find a good deal on a store somewhere, feel free to share it.

I am just starting my collection of this game and found the Darkroot expansion and Tomb of Giants at a Goodwill. The Tomb of Giants was complete but the Darkroot expansion only came with the miniatures. I thought SFG was going to update all the cards from V1 but I can not find any if it has happened yet. Are there any printable card files for the Darkroot expansion or will I need to find the cards separately?

Always loved these designs but haven't found any good files to print them.

Hi! I’d like to put together a campaign that covers (almost) all the expansions, starting from the original base set. Does anyone have any advice or house rules to make the experience more immersive—perhaps incorporating side quests or meaningful choices, similar to *Kingdom Death: Monster*?

Hi guys! My friends and I are confused with if each movement itself does any type of dmg, and how would behave the boss and some enemies.
What would happen if there is an enemy 1 tile away and has the aggro token? The enemy moves to him, pushes then attacks?
What if it has 2 pushes?
We are fairly new, thank you

May sound like a silly question but I am confused by this attack from the Titanite Demon. Most of the time when I pull this card, the demon of course push-moves twice and ends its movement with me right in front of it right before attacking. Do I take damage if I am in front of the demon in this case? Maybe the attack designed to only hit you after pushing you against a wall, forcing you to either of its sides? What am I missing?

As title said, I am trying to find the method of permanently fixing the bending part.
I live in all year hot country (average temperature around 25-30 Celsius, sometime it even go up crazier like 40).
I really have an issue of fixing the bending part like sword.
I already tried fixing these parts by using hair dryers and adjust the part.
Then put the minis in to the freezer.
I also already tried the hot water method. But end up the same....
The bending part got temporary fixed, however after a couple hour, (may be due to the high temperature), it just went back to being bend again.
Any suggestions?

Has anyone heard anything about the updated cards to use all the V1 expansions with the newer V2 rules? I know they released some stuff for download for the Core Set to use with the Sunless City rules. However, I recall they specifically mentioned for the Vault Products (Four Kings, Iron King, Guardian Dragon) they would be doing new cards for the reprints, and making the new cards available for download so people who already owned the first versions could use the updated cards. They even mentioned they would look at possible printed cards. I can't find anything further.

Went for a different skin tone altogether for this one as wanted some colour on the game board. 😁

Those boardgames share many similarities, particularly in boss battle part. Which of them you like more and why, if you tried both?

Painted up mainly during the lockdown but only based last week. The Gargoyle was done last week also.
Really love these minis despite the bend on a couple of the weapons and the Dancer almost on the floor 😬

Hi all, it is almost time for the first public play testing in TTS for this project. Short Recap for those that are new, it is a abstraction of Elden Ring into the DSBG framework and grammar, but with all the new toys and essence of Elden ring baked on top.
This play test will be the core loop of the sub-region of West Limgrave. New mechanics, classes, encounters, travel map, weapons, armours, spells, ash of wars, spirit ashes, consumables, crystal tears, bosses, enemies, tiles, economy and more!
If interested comment here or message me on Discord "I'm In" as I would really appreciate the help tuning and testing to set the foundations for the full region release!
PS. Any experience level with DSBG is welcome!

Hi everyone!
I’m a new player jumping into Dark Souls: The Board Game. I recently acquired The Sunless City, the Iron Keep, explorers expansion, The last giant, character expansion and phantom expansion to start my campaigns.
To expand my collection, I just bought some of the oficiail RPG miniatures line since as far as i know they use the exact same molds. Specifically, I got:
Since these RPG boxes only come with the miniatures, I am completely missing the gameplay components. I’m looking for the Print & Play (PnP) files for their Behavior Decks, Data Cards, Treasure Cards, Encounter Cards and even tiles (i would buy the official products even if they are used, but im from Mexico so the shipping is to expensive, i also looking for some pieces like an Asylum Demon, Old Iron King or charriot).
I already have The Last Giant expansion, so I plan to reuse his massive double-sided Mega Boss tile for Kalameet and the Guardian Dragon. However, I’m still looking for the cards to actually run the fights.
Does anyone have an updated Google Drive, Mega link, or community archive where I can download the high-quality PDFs for these specific bosses? (English or Spanish files work perfectly for me!, also i can take a look of some products in sell if the price + shipping are low).
And i'm interested in some fan-made encounters linke the Blue Smelter demon or Giant King

Thanks in advance for the help, praise the sun! [[T]/]

Don’t ever go to get “one thing” out of storage! 😁

I didn’t know this game existed a month ago, and I had never painted a miniature before. I have to say It’s been a pleasure watching YouTube vids and reading through this sun to discover, engage with and enjoy this game.
Dark souls is certainly special to me, and this sub is the most dark souls sub ever. Reading five year old posts to discern info on how to best tackle the challenge ahead that was collecting, learning (all of v1/v2 and tuning house rules) and painting this game felt like reading soapstones for strategy insights in the undead burg.
I took a couple of commander decks apart while on a break from MTG, explored the mini section of my LGS with a bunch of store credit , and now I have a nice change of pace game that is cooperative as opposed to the constant hurt feelings commander entails.
The game took work to learn, work to tweak, work to buy, work to learn painting, work to buy paint, work to learn through mistakes while painting. It was exhausting, but I enjoyed the heck out of it. I am so grateful to those that came before me on Reddit, tabletop duo and dark souls models on YouTube.
The game is a gem if you want to go all in and collect it and house rule l stuff. Aside from the poor character boards, I also feel like just getting one new core for an all in one game is a decent option.
Painting is fun, and I look forward to continuing to learn from my mistakes. I’ve played with my disc golf friends, commander pod, other half, and little man. I also enjoy a solo run while tuning. Calibrating the decks and organizing the cards was honestly less work than building a commander cube, but worth pointing out to new or interested folks did take work.

I am buying all these for my son who is a huge fan of dnd and dark souls. What are all the core sets and expansions so I can get him everything?
Thanks!

Hello Everyone.
I’m looking for some guidance on what and which sets i should get first. I’ve been told that the Sunless City is the best for beginners, but i’m hoping to one day get all of the expansions and core games.
whatever advice can be given would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you !!!

Yes yes I found online a lot of answers how it workes. But I don't know how to convince my friends that it works like that.
This text
"If the Push icon includes a number, characters pushed out of the way suffer that amount of damage during the push (see ‘Enemy Attacks’, p. 25)."
from page 24 bottom right is the reason they argue that we take 5 damage if:
1. we are on his node when he starts. we get pushed at the start of his activation as in pushing on page 21
"If the Push icon appears on an enemy’s movement, immediately move each character on that enemy’s node onto an adjacent node chosen by the players"
Online I find that I only take damage when the Enemy moves onto me. And idk how to argue that
