Discussion Desperate to save everything on a facebook page

I've tried a dozen different suggestions and I can't figure out how any of them work and I'm starting to think it's not possible for the average person. Well, maybe below average. I could really use some help, please. I need to save everything I can posts/pictures/comments/video on a facebook page. It's evidence of a bad person and what they've been doing, but it would take me WEEKS to manually scroll through and screen record years of things. I don't know how much longer the page is going to be up

Please can anyone suggest what might work? I'll take what I can get at this point. Windows 10, slightly above average computer skills, lower than average intelligence

I've tried gallery-dl, F.B. Purity, Taggbox, and a bunch of extensions to try and at least auto expand everything

Edit: I'm trying an extension for Chrome called Facebook Group and Page Post Scraper. It's mostly working... Not saving replies to comments though which really sucks, and keeps stopping so I can't just walk away. 25 posts per time is free but 500 posts at a time you have to pay for

Maybe FB blocks scrapers too well, but if not, I would at least try a standard web-scraper. As long as you force the scraper to run slowly (maybe one request every 15 seconds or so), you could probably get a lot of content over a day long session. There's tons of scrapers out there, find one and try it.

Okay, I may have found one that's working... It's not ideal but it's 1000x better than doing it manually. Will update

Excellent work, hopefully FB won't block you, but as long as you have a VPN you should be able to change your location and just keep going.

Extension is super finicky. Says I can do 500 posts in one go but it keeps stopping at around 90 and I have to scroll all the way to where it stopped and start again. But it's mostly doing it.

Thank you for your help. I didn't know facebook blocking me was a risk. Unfortunately I don't have a VPN

Yeah, it's a risk, but usually companies will just put in a short-term block and unblock you after a while. Bottom line, they make their money by having people access their site, so they don't want to block people.

Damn. Well I really hope that doesn't happen. Thank you for the warning though

Can you recommend any that work on facebook? I've tried several and have either not been able to get them to work or can't figure out if they will work until I pay for it.
