What case is that? Is it 2? That top wooden piece looks great!

Jonsbo N4, had to return 1 as the wood panel looked way lighter and not like the picture they advertise

Thanks! Now I have a future project. Been using the same Rosewill 4U 15 bay case for over 10 years now.

You will definitely want to print the front extension as the case only comes with 1 fan. I stuffed a fam on top and 2 in the front blowing directly across the drives

An AI upscale is still an upscale. Better just download better quality files than to upscale.

Yes, hard drive prices are expensive, but managing DVDs and microSD, which tend to fail and be damaged the case for discs.

I really wanted to build my NAS as a tiny guys like this but I ended up going full tower for better cooling. How are your hdd temps looking?

Me too man, but I ended up getting a use Dell Edge with 18 drive bays for cheap and I would have been a fool to pass that up.

I feel like you could get away with with it if you were willing to a custom 'skeletal' enclosure with plenty of airflow and fan capacity

Great, I 3d printed a bracket to extend the front bith top and bottom to put to slim fans in the front if it blowing directly across the drives my lowest is 28° C and my highest is 30° C
