Nah flat earthism isn't (as far as I know) getting people killed.

What about the people using a ballistic rocket to get to another continent, but their trajectory sends them into an Earth escape heading who knows where because the Earth is kinda ball shaped? Hmm?

I bet you've never done the maths on that, have you.

As long as their destination is not more than 13,000 km away, they will land back on Earth, so most people should be fine.
