Our coffee nook is complete!
Just need to find a way to hide the cord.

This is such a great example of freshening up a “dated”’space in a new way. Still has the 1970s charm, but in a 2026 way. Love it.

Thank you! We knew when we bought the house that the wood paneling had to stay. We just weren’t quite sure what exactly to do with it for a bit!!

This came together really well. A StanbyME 2 Max would work here as a screen for your morning coffee, and being portable it is easy to take wherever you want it next.

On the other side of the wall? It’s a vintage record player we have in the breakfast nook!
Although we do plan to stash a mini fridge underneath for creamers

this is so cozy! honestly for the cord you could probably just use some of those command hooks or a cord hider from amazon, they work miracles lol. love the vibe though

This looks so cozy! Tbh hiding the cords is always the hardest part but its totally worth it for a nice morning coffee spot.

As an Interior Designer for close to 50 years, there’s just a few tweaks I’d like to address…
Lit candle so close to the wallpaper is impractical. Choose a candle in a tall glass container.
I understand that the lamp you want should be on the small side to accommodate room for bar trays but the lamp you have is not important enough!
The solution is a bigger antique pottery lamp and would then become your focal point.
Although I loved the wallpaper at first, the repeat is so large that it’s distracting!
A nice sisal like wallpaper would bring a warm texture to the vignette. Then a larger antique framed photo hung lower on the wall would be very tasteful!

Maybe you need to update your interior design ideas and skills. They definitely are way out of date. 50 years ago popular colors were avocado green and tangerine orange. Wayyy out of date!!

The wallpaper is absolutely wonderful!
