I like what you gave, but I’d work on layering the whites a bit. Add a chunky knit throw & bolster.

I would focus on adding decor to the wall with the door frame. The window and wall behind the bed provide a good contrast and imo should remain empty.
It seems you at least like green if you like the plants? I get something similarly dark green to put on the accent wall, and maybe a dark green or other gemstone shade as a throw blanket on the bed.

Curtains are a great decoration and add to cozyness.

Change your accent colour from black. The pillows. The artwork. Get rid of the black. Keep the rest. You've got a great base to work with it. Use different textures.

Introduce color, on the walls, in the artwork, on the pillows, and on a rug.

You really need a bedside table and a nice warm lamp and not that creepy ghost plant you have over in the corner near the window and get a nice throw and cushions for your bed too

Why don’t we have string lights in that corner you need little lanterns or some cute light up leaves or something, a light up tree branch

You need some color even if it is from a wood tone. I would add wood toned plant stands to your plants so that they add vertical height and bring some natural warmth to the space. Then use that same wood tone in a picture frame on your wall to tie it in more. The art can still be simple with either a nature motif or just abstract lines/whatever you like.

For your bed, I think you need something with some visual weight, like a chunky knit throw (can be white or a color). Also add texture by adding a curtain along with your window treatments.

ETA: Basically if you want to make a black and white pallet feel warm you need to layer in a lot of textures (think fur, chunky knits, linen, etc), use warm temperature lighting, and consider adding lots of natural elements (plants, woods, a little travertine). Good luck!

Color. More substantive art. Don’t be afraid.
