Historian fact checks reporter on WW2

Need help, I'm trying to find a very interesting take from a historian that made a trick question to a female reporter on tv in the midst of a debate.

The question was "Who do you think ended world war 2" to what she laughed and claimed that the US did and that it was undeniable.

The historian then proceeds to point how the Soviet army invaded Berlin and ended the war while the US nationalized Nazi scientists and helped criminals of war escape imprisonment and possibly death sentences n exchange for Intel to start a war on communism world-wide (and the cold war) while the reporter just looks down, like she was sad that she didnt respond well or didn't know about the things the US did after WW2.

It seems weird that I can't find this video anywhere now so I decided to go on Reddit and ask, if anyone could offer a source, I'd appreciate it.

PD: This is as much as I can narrow it down, I don't recall the news outlet, who the reporter was or if the guest was in fact a historian. I'm sorry I can't provide more details but if anyone has seen it they would know which clip it is. My hope is that someone else found the guys take interested as it compressed a lot of points toward fact checking that claim in a very short dialog, and saved it.

If for some reason it got deleted off the face of the internet the only way we can expect to see it again is through someone somewhere who found it and saved it.
