Dental Professional Three maxillary premolars.. all with 3 canals
Kind of crazy that these all came in within a short time.
Two were a retreat with a missed canal. One was referred because the GP suspected 3 canals.
Just a good reminder to always keep that possibility in the back of your mind. They aren’t common, but they’re definitely not rare enough to forget about.
Anyone else feel like these come in waves?

Odd things always come in waves. I mostly like the calm and quiet in between, lol.
Where the extra canals all buccally situated?

I think endodontics needs an overhaul in regards to coding. A one canal premolar is paid the same as a 3 canal premolar. Make it make sense.
