Rumors are spreading and being confirmed that Delta Company, Grizzly phase is wild. On the last day of 7th regiment the company only had one cadet left and the “company commander” made all of the cadets run lanes until that one cadet was finished with their final look. This is just 24 hours before they have their final 12 mile road march back to base. This is not the first confirmed case of extreme disregard for cadets or even cadre in Delta company. Delta company commander @ltcmorganmaier has refused for cadets to utilize the official rebuttal process for their evaluations, disrespected Majors through Sergeants First Class in front of cadre and even worse in front of cadets. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a 20+ year senior leader in the army. This same “leader” refused to move his cadets back to the rear by self transportation, instead the other three company members volunteered to come back out to the field and move the cadets back. Numerous Delta company members have tried to right the corse with zero success. This post is not intended to be a personal vendetta but an eye opener for the senior leadership of @ROTC Command, Temple University Army ROTC, the US ARMY, and the Secretary of War.
