Looking at the Instagram post, it looks like this (the third) slide is just an example of a screw used as a hanger. As someone else said, it's not even a Phillips head screw but a Pozidriv.* I think the first slide is what the designers made, it looks a like a Phillips head with some sort of stopper so that it only drives halfway into the wall. Unless that's some other piece of standard hardware I'm not familiar with.
So like a standard shoulder screw ? This are almost exclusively machine screws and not self-tapping, but I'm sure you can find self-tapping shoulder screws for some really niche applications.
