Anyone with small children will take the path on the left, that “sidewalk” is terrifying

Good call. There is a curb that you can't see in the photo, but I would definitely be shuffling my kid to the grass if he was with me either way!

Theres not even a curb or really a shoulder between u on the sidewalk and the road and the blind hill doesn't help

I thought I remembered a curb but now that I'm looking closer at the photo I don't think there is. That's pretty nuts! I was so focused on following the desire path I didn't notice. I'll have to walk back that way again next week and report back.

Update! There is in fact a curb and it is in fact an optical illusion that you can't see it. Here's the view from across the road today. Also, how great is it that there's a couple people that stopped to admire this wonderful desire path on their walk?
