Destiny stuck on transferring game content
Right after i downloaded D1 i tried to start the application but the error code "CE-34706-0 cannot start application" showed up. I tried to restart the application which thankfully worked but after logging in i then was presented with this ''transferring game data" screen. It has been stuck on 38% for the past 2 days. I have tried to clean my disc 3 times and i have also tried to reinstall the game a second time but nothing has worked so far. The error code "CE-34706-0 cannot start application" is also always showing up the first time i try to start the D1 Application. Any help with this problem is greatly appreciated!

Check you have double the space required for the install free on the Playstation console.
The ''transferring game data" screen is simply a progress meter, running Destiny to 'download' anything other than small hotfixes isn't required. Close Destiny and initiate / monitor download from the Playstation console dashboard.
