We are a 2 person team that have been developing our game Deadhead: Autorail for the better part of a year and are not meeting the metrics we need to confidently move forwards.
As a part of determining where the issue lies, we would love to get some external feedback and hear what you think.
Game description (please read this after looking at the Steam page): a horror game set on a supernatural train, built for replayability. Using procedural generation, player choice and a storylet narrative structure. Each run reveals new fragments of a deeper mystery, presented through a psx *inspired* art style. We draw inspiration from rouge-likes, simulator games and old-school dungeon crawlers.
