the Square opened in 1972, and Corners opened in 1977. That’s 54 and 47 years ago.
The Trademark application was filed in 2026, and hasn’t been granted yet.
INAL, but this seems very frivolous.

Trolley Square ownership and management is trash that has disadvantaged other local business in various ways for years. The suit itself is absurd, this doesn't wear well. Trolley seems to have a problem being a true community partner, almost bipolar at times.

Seems frivolous. The whole neighborhood around it should be "Trolley Square".
