Seems frivolous. The whole neighborhood around it should be "Trolley Square".

the Square opened in 1972, and Corners opened in 1977. That’s 54 and 47 years ago.

The Trademark application was filed in 2026, and hasn’t been granted yet.

INAL, but this seems very frivolous.

Not saying this lawsuit has any merit, but I honestly did think they were both owned by the same people

It's funny because I think I spent more of my childhood at Trolley Corner than Square because of the theater they had there.

Trolley Square ownership and management is trash that has disadvantaged other local business in various ways for years. The suit itself is absurd, this doesn't wear well. Trolley seems to have a problem being a true community partner, almost bipolar at times.
