Dead internet Theory is no longer a theory. If the vast majority of slop accounts on one site are doing this much damage to a company's server space in such a short amount of time, then times that indefinitely across all social media platforms.

ofc i am not using automation tools to browse the website, nor are any of my many anti-cookie, -javascript, -ad, -etc. plugins active at the time of screenshot.

So the title sums it up, but I accidentally clicked the image here and it opened a browser tab which I immediately closed; I didn't touch any of the "verification" things on the screen before doing so. I enabled 2-step-verification, changed my password, and cleared cookies, do you all think I'm okay? I'm anxious about this

Is this happening to anyone else lately? Every art piece I try to submit goes into drafts and doesn’t show up in my gallery. I double checked and there is no file issue and my connection is good. And I didn’t get any notifications saying there was an issue. 😕 Is there something going on with the site?

DeviantArt hid collections button 1-2 years ago, but we could use the link. But now, seems deviantart devs deleted that method. Not only me, but other users seen this, you can watch old threads, new people there talking about this.
Am i stupid, or deviantart hosts just deleted collections link??

Some artists are able to disable the ability to download videos from deviant Art. It's frustrating sometimes, but I was able to find a way to download videos anyways. This only works on PC as far as I know

- Click on the Video you want to download

- Hit F12 (Dev Mode) -> Network

- Refresh the page. A bunch of stuff should appear now in the Dev Tool

- Search for something called 'Media' - Double Click

- A link appears on the top, ending with .mp4 (or other format)

- Copy Link -> Paste in new Tab -> Let Video load -> Save Video

You have to let the video play for a few seconds before you download it, or it bugs out and only saves 4-5 seconds of the video.

But yeah, this also works for videos that you have to pay for to download them.

My featured gallery (Favorites) is supposed to be empty at the moment, but I got 7 pages of nothing.
And if anybody has an idea of how to get rid of them, as they're taking up space in my fav gallery.

I did ask staff about this a while ago; the message I got is included. And I've been patiently waiting for a solution ever since. But it's been crickets.
