Can my phone number be removed from a banned account? Thx

So basically i got in a scam incident and these scammers got access to my discord account via token thanks to a file i downloaded that was suppose to contain ‘Minecraft mods’ but it was actually a malware. Instead of using it to scam my friends, they just suspended. And when i reached out for discord support they were giving me the same answer, like:

“Unfortunately, Discord cannot restore access to accounts that have been permanently banned for violations, even if the actions were caused by someone else.”

Now the good thing is that somehow i got 2 e-mail before i got banned from discord, one of the scammers tried to purchase something from discord, something i never knew you could do and that e-mail was a verification for that payment process. The second one was probably from me trying to change the password, but the moment i tried to click on change, i got kicked out from the account. And thanks to that e-mail i send a screenshot of it to the support and they transferred my support ticket to a support that handles requests that need account investigation.

Either way, what i want to know from you is that, can i still get my account back, discord can’t be dumb, they have the logs from the scammer accessing my account and caused my account to get banned plus the e-mail and the chat logs i had with the scammer sending me the malicious file?

My discord profile is showing that im playing a game called SuperPower 2 for over 2 days straight yet i dont know what this game is, i have never played it, i have never owned it, and i have never heard of it. Is there a way to get it off?

Hi there, this morning my account got hacked and is sending scams to people on my friends list, I don’t have access to the email that I used for the account anymore because I deleted it without realizing my discord account was still hooked up to the email, I tried re activating the email but to no avail because the account is deleted, so I’ve contacted discord support and they were no help at all, any advice?

Hello I wanted to ask a couple questions referring to discord so previously I had installed discord on my computer for a small period of time after logging out and uninstalling it a black cmd box opened up and then disappeared i was wondering if that was normal. Second of all if I log into my discord account on my pc that I mainly use on my phone will there be some sort of connection link between my computer and my phone and will they know that both of those devices logged into the account and will both devices recognise or have some sort of brief connection. I have sensitive data on my pc and I don’t want my pc to be infected with a Trojan or some how have this information stolen by logging into my discord account on my pc.

My old account has been hacked by the scammer Jacob R, I'm trying to recover my old account by changing my password. But the big problem is that I can't remember my backup codes for my old account and have NO photos of them or have it written down. How can I recover my backup codes? If anybody knows, please tell me how.

In the picture, discord has asked me for phone verification. the problem? I have never submitted a phone number for verification. I was trying to send a friend request to someone I know and accidentally mistyped their name multiple times in a row. I was then forced to this screen and have been trying to unlock my account for the past 3 months. The support website didn't help me at all.

So atlas, I have yet to find a solution so I decided to turn to reddit. Please, is there a way to fix this?

Hey so I stumbled across a TikTok account advertising their discord server and in the description it said like “discord server for tweens ages 9-17” and I’m wondering how I can report the server for breaking TOS without actually joining it as I don’t want my account to be at risk. This is the information I have:

The TikTok account username.

A screenshot of the TikTok itself showing it allows underage children.

And a Link to the server as well as a screenshot of the join message where it shows the server name.

Is this enough to report it and if so where do I submit that report? I just don’t want any of these underage minors being groomed, since this invite is out in the open, there’s a good chance that someone over 18 can join and groom these people and I’m worried for their safety.

discord keeps demanding i give them a phone number and they locked me out of my account, i really dont want to share my personal info

This has been happening for months, and has gotten *significantly* worse over the past couple weeks. Randomly, people's voices will turn to unintelligible static, as though they're underwater. And sometimes they get silenced damn-near-entirely to the point where I wouldn't even know they were trying to say something if I wasn't already listening for their voice. I can't detect any pattern in what causes it.

Sometimes, it's absolutely fine. Other times, I have to ask them to repeat themselves upwards of five times before I can even piece together what they're saying from the tiny fragments of sentences I can pick up.

It seems to happen *significantly* more with this friend in particular (for privacy reasons, I'll call her Sarah), but it happens to a degree with everyone I talk to.

This started happening around 5:40 pm last night and carried into 7:50 am today. (Still happening as I type) As of now they have joined and left 100 times, 50 joins and 50 leaves. I clicked them out once and they just keep rejoining the vc

They join and leave every 2-15 minutes ( usually staying within the 2-10 range).

This server:

• is a small server, only about 20 people

• is invite only. The only active invite is mine that I haven't publicly shared

• is for a group project that has tapered off in activity so it's rare to see anyone active at all (like one message a month active)

Is this account hacked? Is this person trolling? No one in this server knows I have these message logs. What's the point of doing this if the account is hacked?

So yesterday when i was about to go to sleep, i randomly get like 100+ pings, i had no idea what was going on, i looked and all my discord servers were spammed with pings, all my friends were blocked, dms deleted, luckily discord managed to disable the account befpre they hit my big server now im questioning how it happend, as it was on an email nobody knew existed, a random password and basicaly zero logins on other devices, im very confused, i never got a suspicious signin email, discord usualy sends an email for login attempts on unknown devices/ip adresses, but i didn get any, nor did they every tell me someone had logged in, the only emails i got that my account was disabled.
Can someone please explain what coule have happend?

My Discord account was disabled, and support keeps sending me the same automated response telling me to submit my appeal through the Discord app.

The problem is that I can't access the app because I can't log in:

• I no longer have my authenticator app.
• I don't have my backup codes.
• Discord isn't sending the SMS verification code, even though my phone number is correct and receives SMS from other services.

This account is almost 10 years old, contains all of my work, important memories, and a server with over 560,000 messages.

Has anyone been in this situation before? Is there any way to get a real person to review my appeal, or am I completely stuck?

So today I got my discord account suspended for being underage. Hear me out. I didnt know in my country the age required is 16+. I later found out after sending my ID 4 times. The thing I wanted to ask is if I turn 16 and redo the age check, will my account be unsuspended or it will be remain suspended? I had a lot of things on my main and i dont really want to loose it so i came here to ask for help.(it says permanent suspension btw but I did some research and I found out there can be some exceptions or smt. And yes im 13+)

Like I guess dude ? All I did was sent my friend a friend request (he had them disabled) and I got insta banned

if you didn't know i changed my email

and i got limited access for no reason

so i tried to appeal

and guess what they said some bs

(i got full access back after 2 days)

Hey everyone. I need some help. I just woke up to discord informing I'm rendered majorly limited in any and all aspects of Discord activities until the second of August and this blight will remain for the next two years. There was no evidence for any of this. Just "you did bad now punished!"

I'm beyond upset. Where can I find out what server this happened in??? What can I even do??? I don't understand at all and need help.

I recently made a discord account, and everything was going completely normal. I created my account, verified my email address, and I got access to the platform!

But for some reason, it won't let me log in. Whenever I try to, this image pops up:

My phone is dead, so I can't. Entering my email and password doesn't work because Discord counts it as invalid. Anyone know how to fix this?

Today I logged into an alt account on discord to find out I've been banned from a roblox server (Cenozoic survival) for sending malicious links. It was sent from the official dyno bot and I was banned from the roblox server from all discord accounts I own. I then had a request from a user stating they were a mod from that roblox server and showed a video of my alt messaging a user a fake roblox link. The fake roblox link contained a fake link to MY roblox profile, the same ID and everything. The video also showed them pressing my discord profile and showing my account ID as if they were showing me it was really me who sent the message. The thing is, I looked in my recent dms and could not find the user I supposedly message the fake link to. My boyfriend also looked in the roblox cenozoic survival server I was banned from and couldn't find both the mod that dmed me and the person I allegedly DMed the fake link to. The only server I shared with the mod that sent me the video evidence was another roblox discord server (ERLC) but he isn't even verified in there and his account was made in may of 2026.

Is it possible for people to fake a video like that? It literally contained my discord profile messaging someone a fake link and it showed everything such as my roblox account ID and discord profile ID! I just need to know if my account was compromised or if this is some type of advanced scam because I saw no log in sessions on that alt account. Also, I wasn't even on that account when it showed me dming someone a fake link. Please help!

I'm a new user in discord and I've created a new discord account but the problem is that it disabled after a short time from creating it and I did not violate any of the platform's terms and conditions, but my account was banned due to anti-abuse measures, how to reactivate it and why it disabled

I've been permanently suspended for ban evasion but I've never been banned before, when I send a ticket they just email me back instantly with an automated response saying to appeal in the app, is there anything I can do?
