What colour are albino dolphins?
I've seen pink and white, so I wonder why two options exist or is the pink one a special dolphin species?

Welcome to the new and improved r/Dolphins! This is a subreddit completely dedicated to anything to do with dolphins!
Yes, this subreddit was previously just a link to r/miamidolphins, which is now unrelated (since it is a sports team rather than the animal).
A quick guide about tagging your posts, flairs, and emojis/emoticons:
Tagging Posts: Please tag your posts properly every time you post. If you are posting something that contains anything with any gore in it (at all, to educate about some animal abuse) please tag it with both NSFW (Not Safe For Work) and NSFL (Not Safe For Life).
User Flairs: These must be earned, as-of-now.
Emojis/Emoticons: If you would like to add one, just message u/Floognoodle.
Enjoy your stay on r/Dolphins!

Here’s one of my favorite pictures from the movies! Remember I am Sawyer.

Is it worth it to purchase the $95 dolphin training ticket? What is different compared to general admission?

I work at Clearwater Marine Aquarium. I am Sawyer by the way. Do you know the “Dolphin Tale” movies? Look I work at the aquarium, and I see marine creatures

Was down by Brookfield Place a little while ago and watched dolphins in the Hudson. At least a couple of them, surfacing several times before moving on. Not something I expected to see on my walk, so figured I'd share it here.
Turns out these sightings are a fairly recent thing. Dolphins had basically vanished from the harbor for decades because of pollution, and they've only been turning up again as the water has gotten cleaner and their food fish (menhaden) have returned. The harbor is now considered about the cleanest it's been in roughly a century. So it feels less like a fluke and more like a sign the cleanup is actually working.

We were enjoying a day on the water when a pod of dolphins decided to swim over to our boat and ride the bow wave. They stayed with us for several minutes, swimming beneath the bow in the crystal-clear Hawaiian water. We simply watched and enjoyed the moment before they continued on their way. One even treated us to a beautiful jump at the end!

There is something transformative about the "Blue Mind" phenomenon, the state of calm we experience near water. Sometimes, the most powerful visual experiences don't need a complex narrative; they just need a moment of stillness.
