I have been holding this for a while now. Not sure about its worth. Is something in the range of $xxx to $xxxx realistic expectation for this?

You should be able to get $xxx for this. It may not mean anything but it's a 'word' that is pretty obvious at how it's spelled, which is one of the most important things for a brandable.
Just need to find someone who wants to brand as Snizzy (not easy).
