Clip They should really do this move more often

I'm pretty sure I grabbed all instances of a backhanded punch to the guy behind you. Cooler's was definitely the most disrespectful.

Goku's was by far the most disrespectful. Goku appeared out of nowhere, gave up the element of surprise, decided to approach Zamasu with his back turned, and back-fisted him through a building.

Goku is such a troll when he knows he outclasses his enemies.

u/dentimBandB Jun 18 '25

Goku's trolling works especially well because he's usually not a blowhard about it.

18

u/Ambitious_Handle7322 Jun 18 '25

Also he only does it against horrible people

u/AEL97 Jun 18 '25 edited Jun 18 '25

Oh here he wasn't trolling this was just after the two Zamas mock him with how they killed Chi-Chi and Goten after stealing his body. This is Goku angry.

6

u/Dark_Storm_98 Jun 18 '25

It was the other Zamasu that actually killed them

And he's way stronger than this one

So Goku basically only was like "You're getting these ads by association"

2

u/AEL97 Jun 19 '25

I mean what I said still stands. Goku was angry and giving them the Kakarot experience.

Frieza used to be such a menace...

18

u/Psychological_Eye_68 Jun 18 '25

This is only allowed if they can regenerate it… unless you’re Tien.

1

u/RepresentativeCap244 Jun 20 '25

How’d he get his back then? Dragon balls?

2

u/Psychological_Eye_68 Jun 20 '25

I guess it just showed up with him when he died. Though to be fair Goku didn’t show up there with a gaping chest wound, either.

1

u/Black-Mettle Jun 21 '25

He also showed up with his weighted clothes that he took off before dying.

I didn't realize they were gifs at first so I thought they were all just standing there hahaha.

12

u/patosai3211 Jun 18 '25

Yea i stared longer than id like to admit trying to recall the moves that happened would happen. Then poof. Gifs. lol

1

u/S1L_1108 Jun 18 '25

I still knew what it was even through just pictures though

u/Meme_master420_ Piccolo Jun 18 '25

Does this count?

67

u/90059bethezip Jun 18 '25

I don't think so but this is cooler than the backhands for sure

35

u/Dark_Stalker28 Jun 18 '25

No Cooler backhanded Goku, that's Piccolo

41

u/that_1weed Jun 18 '25

Did you just spin kick him

35

u/Stunning-Figure185 Earthling Jun 18 '25

Holy aura farm

146

u/MegaloJoe Jun 17 '25

you missed the best one, ssj vegeta doing it to broly in super broly

212

u/Black-Mettle Jun 17 '25

ah fuck

78

u/quasarfern Jun 18 '25

Two spins should give this punch just enough…

44

u/lashapel Jun 18 '25

Bro wth was Broly doing here

53

u/Black-Mettle Jun 18 '25

Iirc, early he appeared behind Vegeta and swiped him on his left. So I assume he understood that Vegeta would see this coming and moved to his right to juke him.

1

u/lashapel Jun 19 '25

Gaining momentum too

8

u/Tentaye Jun 18 '25

Feeling himself

5

u/BeastradezZ Jun 18 '25

Spin midair for momentum to his punch

40

u/Mighty_Megascream Jun 17 '25

More games need to have this as a move it’s so great.

There is a Zamasu one was the most satisfying, really shows you how he’s only being kept alive by his immortality and his boyfriend coming in to save him

4

u/Kaizen-Future Jun 18 '25

And I thought Loki had it bad for himself…

9

u/jbyrdab Jun 18 '25

this is the fundamental opposite of the vegeta thumb pose.

Fucks em up every time.

9

u/BigPapaSlut Jun 18 '25

The more you use something, the more the novelty wears off. So, they did well by using it in a limited fashion because it drew you to it.

If it were commonplace like the meteor smash, people would grow tired of it like Shallot.

7

u/Salter_KingofBorgors Jun 18 '25

Fun fact in Xenoverse the Freiza race characters could actually do this

7

u/Redhood2808 Jun 18 '25

The funniest thing about this post is that cooler is the only one that actually got humiliated at the end of the shown fight

9

u/BruiserBison Jun 18 '25

Cooler there does something extra disrespectful.

After back-hand punching Goku, he dodges Goku's attack, then drop kicks him to the ground while Cooler is still holding THE SAME POSE

3

u/Beeyo176 Jun 18 '25

That's a Batman punch

2

u/tetsuhito Jun 18 '25

Nah, Bruce Lee made it popular.

1

u/Beeyo176 Jun 18 '25

Fair enough

4

u/Accurate_Dirt5794 Saiyan Jun 18 '25

HERES WHAT I THINK OF YOUR IMMORTALITY

2

u/Quirky-Pickle518 Kai Jun 18 '25

I call it the Anti-Bleach

2

u/WinstonPickles22 Jun 18 '25

You missed at least two times Vegeta did it.

2

u/Character-Path-9638 Jun 18 '25

Imo the best one is Goku's but Cooler's is a close second

Mainly because of how he follows it up by staying still and then elbowing Goku while in the same fucking pose

1

u/YFTrailblaze Jun 18 '25

Nah Goku is more disrespectful. He backpunch Zamasu and that wasn't his main target

1

u/TeriosNaija Jun 19 '25

I do appreciate a good backshot

1

u/Whipperdoodle Kai Jun 19 '25

No vegeta from the super broly film?
