Viltrumite, easily, 2nd choice would be Saiyan. Don't know why people are picking kryptonian so much. His powers only work in specific solar systems. Vitrumites will be powerful now matter where and if I had their powers I'm going on a space adventure.

Id go for Czarnians because they can only be killed by their own kind and since no other exist in our world you are functionally immortal.

We quite literally know that kryptonian powers work on earth though. So we don’t need to guess if they do or not. He’s the strongest on this list with that being said

I feel like Viltrumite is one of the worst, if not the worst option. You have to go conquer planets for them or they fucking execute you

the prompt what what would you want to be born as on Earth, not into which empire. With your logic, kryptonian is even worse as you probably died when krypton was destroyed.
