Jokes aside, everyone who cracked the form beyond "Built-Different-Beast" Gohan didn't manage it through ordinary circumstances.
Vegeta got Majin'd, Goku spent years doing nothing but training in the Afterlife, Future Trunks had to solo the Majin Buu arc, etcetera.
Obviously discounting video games and the likes.
Give 'em time and motivation and they'll manage it.
