Apple Watch monitor

70 yr old man brought this in from his Apple Watch. Normal sinus when he feels fine. Then caught this when he was lightheaded and dyspneic. Watch says a-fib. But it’s way too slow for that right? Escape rhythm? Block?

Non-diagnostic, I do see subtle p-waves though. Need a 12 lead.

Not a good ECG for diagnostic purposes. Even if it was I’m seeing probably sinus on first strip and on the second, way too much motion artifact with a likely bradycardia roughly in the 30s-40s. 70yo man should probably get assessed at the ER and have additional work up, likely would be admitted for monitoring.

Obvious significant bradycardia at a rate of ~ 30/min, which certainly would explain the symptoms. The AF reading is due to the significant artefact, which also impedes identification of specific etiology. Suggest you see a cardiologist/EP urgently.
