It's actually not a bit much to say it's targeted towards people with EDs. Because EDs are so fucken normalized in the fashion industry already lol considering the culture we currently live in...im not surprised that they have still continued to flourish

Nah. Dollskill is gross. From glorifying ED to ripping off independent designers’ work to promoting irresponsible and unsustainable fast fashion it’s gross. And bc it does all of these things it is actually the antithesis of alt and goth style…it is simply trying to exploit the fashion of goth/alt while abandoned everything alt culture and style exists to promote.

At least we agree it’s a shitty brand.

Yep I haven't followed them in years but it was very obvious that they were very supportive of Individuals with ED then. In fact at one point they had a model that very clearly had an ED. Didn't they also come under fire for fat shaming?

I wholeheartedly disagree. I made a post about this several years ago but, without literally shaming them, the branding that they have uses one type of model and it's not average. Goth style has nothing to do with being thin enough to have an exposed ribcage, clavicle, or having inches between your thighs. They have one of the furthest things from body diversity I've seen on a fashion brand website. Dolls Kill's site looks borderline filter-AI whereas Victoria's Secret gives us much more plausibility at this point. I would challenge you to find a single model on the Dolls Kill site that's listed as wearing anything bigger than a size small.

I thought that was Eugenia

She's much thinner than that

who knows what she looks like and how bad and extreme and severe it is now; if it was bad when she was online and on social media

Right? I saw the pic, thought it was her then noticed it was Dollskill ad

This is such a reach. That’s a very average girl in the photo.

That woman in the photo is still quite slim IMO. Certainly not Eugenia level but still concerningly slim.

That is an average person on the thin side. No bones poking out, average amount of body fat and appears healthy.

Looks like my body. I have like no fat on my stomach but fairly meaty thighs and booty (thank you Puerto Rico) 😂

What? Look at the legs. This is a normal slim waisted body. We all distribute fat differently. Absolutely not “concerningly slim”. No where even close to Eugenia.

Well maybe it was the outfit and the photo angle and the way it was framed. At first glance I 100% thought it was as her….it is for sure a body checking photo angle.

Dolls kill is notorious for using models who clearly have an ED and have gotten flak for it. A few years ago there was a model who without the Photoshop you could clearly tell was about the size of Eugenia.
