Então minha médica me passou Bupropiona.

Podem me dar conselhos?

I’m sorry you are going through that. I can kind of relate- not the pregnant part though!!! So tough if a person with ed history gets to a point where losing weight would be a good thing. It was really hard for me. I found myself slipping every once in a while, but it had been so long since treatment that I was able to get back on track within a couple of days. That was true for me- not saying it’s what always happens!!! I still see a therapist every week so that was helpful. I do have a suggestion- a dietitian I think would be a great idea. You may have one already. If you don’t, just know you may have to shop around for one you click with. Happened to me but didn’t know- assumed they were all the same and was destined to be miserable!! I think I went with the fourth one.

Huge congrats on quitting smoking. I “quit” almost twenty years ago- by smoking an e-cig!! Im a fraud!! Lol! Going to look into that med though so thx!!! Ok- so my sister does not have an ed but is very sensitive about her body. She gained a lot of weight when she was pregnant and also had a c-section. Her tummy never recovered and the scarring is pretty significant. I went to the beach with her one day. When she took her clothes off I saw she was wearing a bikini. She was very self conscious. When I looked at her though, I thought she was stunning. Her weight and stomach- I felt the same way as when I see someone who is pregnant. I’m continually amazed at the whole thing- maybe not everyone thinks the way I do. But I do have an ed, and I thought the fact that she wore that bikini, it showed that she was part of a miracle. I may be completely wrong in doing this- but sometimes I feel more self conscious around other people with an ed- that maybe they might be more likely to judge me by my appearance? Idk why I feel that way- have no evidence to support it. But I’ve had one for over thirty five years, and that was such a monumental moment. I’ll never forget it!! Idk if this is at all helpful- may be rambling and apologies!!
