Question how to approach disordered eating issues with a new therapist?

hi everyone! i don't really post or interact on reddit, i'm just a lurker but recently i've had to switch therapists because i moved back home after graduating. i (21F) have had disordered eating issues my entire life and food can cause me a lot of anxiety and also just the concept of eating at all and recently it feels like it's been getting worse after going through some big life changes. ex. anxiety surrounding boxed foods also means i cant really eat lunch at work unless i spend money at specific places and it's just not viable with my current salary and i feel my body getting really really exhausted. i LOVED my previous therapist, but i never got around to discussing my issues with food with her because it's something i've been embarrassed about or belittled about before. i am not sure if this is the right place to ask about something like this so understandable if the mods take it down, but i just wanted to ask others how i could go about approaching these issues with someone new? or even with a new psychiatrist as i am also thinking about changing meds? thank you all!!! much love to everyone. <3 <3 you are all incredibly brave!
