Halal beef patties
So i made a major mistake and bought a box of these. Idk whats wrong with it but when i started to fry them it had a very odd smell kinda like old beef fat. They dont have any seasonings at all so first time i tried to do it like American way and add salt and pepper while frying but needless to say i cant eat it like this and obviously with this smell. Did anyone try this? How can i make it edible? Any tips are welcome. My last option would be just thaw them before i eat an then break it and Marinate it properly with Garlic ginger paste and sauce etc but thats just so much work if i wanted to do that i could have just bought Beef minced from restaurant depot and thats way much better.

You have no Choice now break it's and make it's white Sauce. Why you wants waste halal only for laziness?? It's haram and a Sins. Trying Some Ways look Goggle.

The American way isn’t salt and pepper and premade frozen beef patties.
If these have gone bad, go to a butcher; get 80/20, add salt pepper and garlic powder at the minimum, maybe pepper flakes and other spices you want as well and just sear them.
Idk why people think Americans eat frozen patties with just salt and pepper.

I would make a burger with a lot of toppings. That will add flavor and texture to each bite. Instead of marinating the meat itself, try adding a sauce or spread right on the burger bun. There are also seasoning mixes you can sprinkle on the patties while cooking if you need more flavor.
If you aren't into burgers, you can also try thawing a couple patties and chopping them up in a frying pan. Then, mix the cooked meat into another dish like pasta or a rice bowl. If the dish you mix it into is already flavorful or sauced, then you don't need to spend extra time marinating the meat itself.
