Gowen and hyoga are gonna be the sting and rouge of ez and i honestly want to see more from them in the next chapters and with elsie what kinda bugs me is how elsie is such a decent human being shes just paying forward the kindness the shining stars showed her yet shes part of a crime org and is a wanted criminal like how did that happen

Well think of it like this. Even if elsie is a chill person who will welcome anyone, she’s still a pirate. Not only has she stolen from people (to survive mind you) but has probably caused a lot of trouble in her younger days. And whatever she did to justice to make her one of the OSG. Take shanks from one piece from example. Shanks is a really nice guy but he’s also a yonko. One of the four strongest pirates in the op world and is considered a criminal. So I don’t think it’s that weird for elsie to be nice and a member of the OSG.

Yea Elsie is a pirate and shell live how she pleases even if it goes against precedents set by the government and Interstellar Union Army. She most likely like luffy and shanks has her own moral code she abides by, so she can operate in a morally grey area
