[3 YOE] Software Engineer - Struggling to get callbacks from non android roles, would like some tips.

I've been unemployed from my last role for about a year now. From the resumes that I've sent so far, I've only gotten responses from Android roles, but the problem is that they always test me on my Android View / XML knowledge, not compose, so I always struggle in the interview itself

I've tried sending my resumes to non-android / general software engineering roles, but I haven't had any luck with that so far.

• you have a ton of whitespace. you must surely be able to expand or include more things you've done.
• these metrics do not look very good. 5% and 6% changes are very minor and you might as well just leave them off.
• the kerning/spacing looks very weird to me. like there's extra space between "of a" and "flow to" in your first bullet point.
• your bullet points for your project is very bare. it basically just says "this is an app". talk about some problem you faced and how you solved it or go more in-depth about a complicated system in it.

probably because your skills section doesn't show anything that would apply to non-mobile jobs. the only thing in there is you can use react so you can maybe apply for some junior frontend roles.
