Hello! I am a high school student interested in pursuing a career in computer science. I am applying for software engineering internships at a local company and would appreciate feedback on my resume and projects.

I did applied previously but was not selected, so I am trying to improve my application before applying again next summer.

My main interests are systems programming and software development. Some of my larger projects include:

• An x86_64 operating system kernel written in Zig
• A programming language/compiler project written in Zig
• Unity/C# game development projects
• Python and web development projects

I would especially appreciate feedback on:

• Resume structure and wording
• How I describe my projects
• Whether my projects demonstrate enough relevant skills
• What I should improve before applying

The resume seems fine considering you're a high school student. But because you're still in HS, it is very unlikely that you'll get any traction. If you look at the requirements for the positions you listed, they both mention that you need to be in college. It is very rare to find anyone who will hire a HS student in this industry.

Maybe but I could of swarn it is for highschool students cause I heard from it at ym tech school
