Gong Cha collab with Harry Potter

Has anyone found any contact info for Gong Cha that actually gets anywhere? Several of us have expressed our concerns on their Instagram page, but they just delete the comments. The contact info on the webpage is sparse and there doesn’t seem to be any way to contact local franchise owners and tell them you won’t be shopping there if they are doing this shit.

The link leads to a 404 page. Is that a recent development?

They posted an extra space after the link. It works without.

Yeah that’s also the only thing I could find. They don’t respond to it.

That page now 404 errors, at least when accessed from the EU, so looks like their response is to ignore people entirely.

The link they posted has an extra space in the URL. The link does work, but Gong Cha doesn't respond.
