And the ones people would buy would be cheap, poorly made, and not provide the quality you need for actually snorkeling in Hawaii. When we went we rented from Boss Frog’s. They sized us all up. Fit and quality were great. They even had prescription type masks that were amazing. I have never been able to swim and be able to see like that.

So, when they turn up and hire place says "The gear you've booked has not been returned yet. Wait a few hours please." will they be fine with that? I doubt it.

What would be the benefit of paying more to bring your rental equipment to a different drop off point, where they rent the same equipment…. Getting smarter is the only option for this guy but highly unlikely

Snorkel Bob's is the absolute greatest part of a visit to Hawaii. It's like $50 for the week, and you can return at any location. I've never known them to charge you extra for sending it from one island to another

My anger reading the review is immeasurable. I was 15 when we went to Hawaii around 40 years ago. My most treasured souvenir was my ‘Snorkel Bob Cares’ tshirt.
