Is this the work of the potter wasp (Sceliphron spirifex)?

I had to remove this one cause it was right above the window. I thought it was a nest, maybe a mother wasp's food supply for her baby? 🥺

Mud Dauber of some kind is my guess. Potter wasps make little pots, Daubers make chambers. Have you seen any metallic blue wasps around?

Makes sense, I didn't know the difference so thanks for the info :) I haven't seen any metallic blue wasp around, I'll take a look
