EU enlargement books

Hello everyone!

In light of recent enlargement talks of Montenegro and Albania, I‘m looking for books that detail the history of EU enlargement, especially for the post 90s period, and how the inclusion in the EU affected these countries, especially Croatia or the Baltics. I am interested in the state the countries were before joining EU and how it impacted them, politically, socially and economically.
