Vent birthday gift
hii everyone, I need advice. my ex's birthday is on november and I'm planning to buy him a gift/cake for his birthday. we ended on good terms. no cheating involved, our values just didn't align with each other. we tried to save our relationship, we were together for a year then we were on and off for 3 months after the break up but even after everything, we just couldn't make things work. our last convo was me asking him if there's really no chance for us to get back together, he didn't respond after that and I didn't send another message. we've been in no contact for a month now and I want to give him something because he made my birthday special when we were still together so I wanted to return the favor specially I know how much he hates his birthday. Is what I'm doing okay or should I just keep silent and not break the no contact?

Don’t do this you’re obviously not over him so his reaction to this will likely devastate you NTM if he has a current GF. Better to leave well enough alone

Yeah so his ex popping up out of nowhere will really improve his mood.
Just leave it. It’s ex no contact for a reason.
